The buying process for EICA projects is a highly technical task that requires proper knowledge of each equipment/material function and its impact to the overall project. Procurement drives cost and project schedule, so we optimize it as much as possible through maintaining relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. We save time and money for clients and main contractors through OEM discounted rates on procured items which is possible especially with those we partner for local sales representation. We also proffer cost-effective alternative brands to our clients when necessary.

Aside our dedicated procurement personnel, all our engineers are also trained in sourcing, buying and expediting. We maintain master lists of suppliers and manufacturers and the list is frequently revised to add or remove suppliers/manufacturers or to increase or decrease suppliers/manufacturers’ rating.
