Prioritizing the training, upskilling and engagement of Nigerian engineers, technicians and skilled labour, and facilitating knowledge transfer between our experienced personnel and client/community workforce on every project.
Extending our “Absolute Safety” core value beyond the job site to the communities surrounding our project locations, including adherence to strict HSE, environmental and decommissioning/restoration standards (e.g., well abandonment back-filling and site restoration).
Championing green and sustainable project practices, prioritizing renewable energy applications, and pursuing thermal generation alongside renewable energy sources wherever feasible.
Active membership in professional and knowledge bodies across HSE, Electrical, Instrumentation, Welding, Fabrication, Industrial IT, Oil & Gas Training and Quality, both locally and internationally, helping raise standards across the industry.
Membership in the Nigerian-Canadian Business Association, supporting cross-border knowledge transfer and responsible sourcing of equipment and materials.
