Cable installation and termination, automatic flare ignition control panel configuration, system completion, and commissioning.

The Challenge

The OGPOOC and IGHF facilities required a reliable automatic flare ignition system to support safe and controlled flare operations. The project involved completing the electrical and control connections across both sites and ensuring that the flare ignition equipment and control panels were correctly configured and ready for operation.

Our Approach

We approached the project by first completing the necessary field electrical works, including cable testing and termination across the two project locations. We then focused on the configuration of the flare control system, ensuring that the automatic ignition control panels were correctly set up for the required operating conditions.

The completed installation was subsequently subjected to full-system commissioning to verify the functionality and integration of the flare ignition system.

The Solution

The project involved the installation completion and commissioning of the Zeeco automatic flare ignition system across the OGPOOC and IGHF facilities.

Our scope included cable testing and termination, configuration of the Zeeco auto-ignition control panels, completion of associated installation works, and full-scale commissioning of the flare system.

The configured control panels provided the required interface for managing the automatic ignition process and supporting controlled flare operation.

The Impact

The completed project delivered a fully commissioned automatic flare ignition system across the specified facilities.

The successful integration of the field cabling and Zeeco control panels provided the infrastructure required for reliable automatic flare ignition and helped ensure that the completed system met the required operational and commissioning requirements.
