Greembers required a complete pyrolysis plant facility that could move from engineering design through construction, equipment installation, and final commissioning. The project required the coordination of civil works, structural fabrication, process equipment, power generation, and supporting systems into one functional facility.
We adopted a turnkey approach, managing the project across its major engineering and construction stages. This included detailed facility design and procurement, followed by civil works, fabrication and erection of structural components, installation of core processing equipment, and integration of the plant’s auxiliary systems.
We delivered the plant facility from design through commissioning. The scope included the construction and civil works required for the facility, fabrication and erection of structural elements, and installation of key pyrolysis equipment including reactors, scrubbers, dryers, and conveyors.
The project also incorporated generator installation and the integration of the supporting auxiliary systems required to bring the facility together as a complete operating plant.
The completed project provided Greembers with a fully integrated pyrolysis plant facility, with its core processing equipment, structural infrastructure, power generation, and auxiliary systems installed and commissioned as part of a single turnkey project.
